5 TIPS TO STOP DECAY

1. Avoid snack foods that are sticky, chewy or sweet.

2. Avoid grazing during the day. Have set meals times and form a routine.

3. Two servings of fruit per day is recommended. Fruit is good but too much can be harmful. Fructose (Sugar found in fruit) can decay teeth.

4. Give your kids plain water with every meal.

5. Choose snacks carefully. Vegies, cheeses and lean meats are great and tasty options.
